~ Bullying ~

Some that do,

Some that don’t,

Bystanders can never talk,

Fear being forced to walk,

Bully bosses, control freewill,

Others control their bullying still,

Health & more when target leaves,

Apology should have sorted more,

Lawless lawyers leap on these,

Draw their money, & then leave,

Companies either win or lose,

Tribunal route we all lose,

Without climate of fear,

 Costs & bullies are out.
