~ Spring Equinox ~

 

Equinox dawns,

The spring has begun,

Winter nights are giving way,

Cold frosts will soon be in the past,

Air is Brrrr! Though life has stirred

Snowdrops dare in copse field & glen,

Mad March hares box,

 A Hedgehog opens an eye,

Lambs frolic in fresh lees,

Migrants flock in vees,

The clocks change,

As hope replaces fears,

Another lap of life has just begun,

Druids predicted the return of the Sun.
