~ Hedgie Hedges ~

 

Laid back, happy to be, let be

Watching & making up three,

Petit pearl pupil innocent size,

Sparkle sunrays, always a surprise,

Loyal & honest, he will do what is due,

Loves green, & the goddess Dolly too,

Hibernating hedgehog needs warm nest,

Safe red bed for seasonal special rest,

Sleeping within the sideboard socks,

Watching night time alarm clocks

Convenient deafness he has last,

 When Dolly raises issues from the past,

Something Scilly is our Hedgie,

A Little softie attached to Dolly.
